Every trip on this site started as an idea Janice worked through herself — where to stay, who to trust as a local guide, how long a place deserves, and what a group of a dozen can realistically do in a day without feeling rushed. She builds the package, writes it up, and posts it here for travelers to read.
That is also why the trip board changes. New packages go up as she finishes them, and a trip that has run its course comes down. What you see here is what is genuinely available right now, not a fixed brochure that never moves.
And because there is no layer between you and her, the questions you actually care about — the flight timing, the walking, whether the hotel suits your group, what a day really looks like — get answered by the person who planned it.

Small on purpose
Twelve travelers or fewer, every time. It is not a marketing line — it is the reason the trips work. Small groups get into places a coach cannot, eat at tables that fit everyone, and move at a pace that suits the people actually traveling.
Built by one person
Janice puts each package together herself: the stays, the guides, the meals, the transfers, the timing. There is no template being resold. If something is in the itinerary, it is there because she chose it.
One point of contact

Honest about the details
Each trip page says what is included and how long you are gone. Dates, prices and departures are confirmed individually, in writing, before anything is paid.
